WHERE DO YOU GET ALL THE ITEMS?

Our specialists collect the items Vintage shops and brand auctions . We authenticate all items before listing on our website and physical store .

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS RETURNED TO YOU?

We ship ALL packages with a signature required. If you request for a shipment without a signature required, the recipient will take responsibility for any missing packages. If the item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the recipient will take responsibility for all additional re-shipping fees.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We DO NOT accept any returns because of the customer’s personal preferences. All sales are final. Please make sure to read the product's description thoroughly, review images and double-check the measurements and condition before placing an order. Feel free to reach out to us if you need additional information before purchasing. We do not accept returns for reasons of the customer’s personal preference. Returns are possible only when you have received an item different from the one you ordered. To request a return, refund or exchange of a faulty item, please contact us by email within 2 days after you have received your order.

HOW DOES SIZING WORK?

With most vintage apparel pieces, you CANNOT rely on notification size alone for fit. This is why we include measurements on each item's page. Please carefully confirm the measurements of the item prior to purchasing since sizing runs unique to each brand, style and year. 

Other items such as bags and accessories are measured at their widest point. Please note that measurements are taken by hand, therefore there might be a slight approximation up to 2 cm. If you need more information about a specific item's sizing, please contact us at: vintagemuse121@gamil.com 

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?

The default currency is AUS (Australian dollers). It is possible to change the currency to USD.

DO YOU BUY/CONSIGN?

We do not do buying or consignment.

HOW CAN I BUY ITEMS ON INSTAGRAM?

All items posted on Instagram are available for purchase on a first come basis. Items will be tagged on our Instagram posts. You can click to be directed to our website. Not all items are available on our website, send us a direct message on Instagram or email us at: vintagemuse121@gamil.com to place an order.

ARE ALL ITEMS ONLINE AVAILABLE IN THE PHYSICAL STORES?

Not every item is available at our stores. Please contact vintagemuse121@gamil.com to ask for availability.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, Google Pay, PayPal & Bank Transfer.

WILL I BE CHARGED ANY DUTIES/TAXES?

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and those charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not in charge or in control over those charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges, we kindly ask you to contact your local customs office.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

After placing an order, any changes or cancellation cannot be accepted. If the shipping information was wrongly entered, we will require an handling fee.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders are shipped within 3 days (excluding weekends and Australian public  holiday). We will notify you by e-mail if any item in your order is out of stock or unavailable.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to 100+ countries via Auspost (Australia Post). The shipping courier cannot be chosen by the customer.  Domestic shipping is handled by Auspost or CouriersPlease.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST?

The shipping fee ranges $50-$80AUD depending on the destination country. Please note that the shipping cost does not include duties/taxes.
