WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR ITEMS?
Our specialists carefully curate items from vintage shops and brand auctions. Every item is professionally authenticated before being listed in our store or on our website.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO YOU?
All packages are shipped with a signature required to ensure safe delivery. If you request a shipment without a signature, the recipient assumes full responsibility for any lost or missing packages.
If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the recipient will be responsible for all additional re-shipping fees.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We do not accept returns due to personal preferences. All sales are final. Please read the product description thoroughly, review images, and double-check measurements and condition before placing an order. Feel free to contact us for additional details before making a purchase.
Returns are only accepted if you receive an item that differs from what you ordered. To request a return, refund, or exchange for a faulty item, please email us within 2 days of receiving your order at:
HOW DOES SIZING WORK?
Vintage sizing varies by brand, style, and production year, so you cannot rely solely on the tag size. To help you find the right fit, we provide detailed measurements for each item.
- Bags and accessories are measured at their widest points.
- Due to manual measurements, a slight variation of up to 2 cm may occur.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?
The default currency is AUD (Australian Dollars), but prices can be viewed in USD.
DO YOU BUY OR ACCEPT CONSIGNMENTS?
We do not offer buying or consignment services.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE ITEMS FROM INSTAGRAM?
All items posted on Instagram are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Tagged items can be purchased by clicking the link in our Instagram posts.
- Some items may not be listed on our website. If you see something you like, please send us a direct message on Instagram or email us at 📧 vintagemuse121@gmail.com to place an order.
ARE ALL ONLINE ITEMS AVAILABLE IN THE PHYSICAL STORE?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

WILL I BE CHARGED ANY DUTIES OR TAXES?
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the package reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
We have no control over customs fees, as they vary by country. If you have any questions regarding customs duties, please contact your local customs office.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
If incorrect shipping information was provided, an additional handling fee will be required to update your details.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most orders are shipped within 3 days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays).
If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to 100+ countries via AusPost (Australia Post). Customers cannot select the shipping courier.
- Domestic shipping is handled by AusPost or CouriersPlease.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping fees range from $50 to $80 AUD, depending on the destination country.
