All pre-owned items sold at Vintage Muse are professionally authenticated before being listed on our website or in-store.  Vintage Muse offers you 100% Authenticity Guarantee and peace of mind that every piece of item is authenticated by more than 3 authenticators. We promise authenticity guaranteed or a full refund*

Refund Policy 

We gladly accept return requests for unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 24 hours of receipt, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns due to change of mind will not be accepted after this 24-hour window.

Any claims regarding authenticity or product condition must be made within 72 hours of receiving the item.

📌 After these timeframes, all sales are final, and no claims or disputes will be accepted for any reason.

Before placing an order, please carefully read the product description, examine the images, and double-check the measurements and condition. If you need additional information before purchasing, feel free to reach out to us.

Return Conditions 

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all the following conditions:

  • Must be in its original purchase condition, including original packaging, documentation, warranty card(s), manuals, and all accessories.
  • Tags attached at the time of sale must remain intact.
  • Items purchased as part of a set/multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • We do not accept returns for intimates, earrings, or undergarments due to hygiene reasons.

All returned items will be reviewed by Vintage Muse to verify that they match the condition documented at the time of purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined, and additional fees may apply where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items 

  • Final Sale items & Gift Cards are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase will not be accepted.

Authenticity Disputes

If a customer wishes to dispute the authenticity of an item, the following conditions apply:

  • Claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt

  • The item must be in its original, unaltered condition

  • A written report from an independent third-party authentication service must be submitted

  • We do not accept store-issued or in-house certificates as valid authentication proof

  • We reserve the right to verify the report and seek a second opinion before confirming any refund

📌 Claims based on screenshots, informal conversations, or unverifiable sources will not be considered.

How to Request a Return 

To initiate a return, please email us at vintagemuse121@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your item.

  • If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • Items sent back without prior return approval will NOT be accepted.

📌 All shipping fees, duties, and taxes related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.

No Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an eligible item within the return period, you may request a refund (less the restocking fee) and place a new order separately.

Vintage Muse reserves the final right of interpretation for this policy.
We may decline return requests from customers with excessive return history at our discretion.
Once an item is received and the return window has passed, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the item’s condition, use, and any future evaluations.

📌 A full refund will only be considered if two or more credible, independent third-party authentication services confirm the item is inauthentic within 72 hours of receipt, and the report is verifiable by Vintage Muse.
