DELIVERY SERVICE

  • We ship to 100+ countries via Australia Post (AusPost).
  • The shipping courier is automatically selected and cannot be chosen by the customer.
  • Domestic shipping is handled by AusPost or CouriersPlease.

CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGES

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
  • If a change or cancellation is required due to unforeseen circumstances, a 4% handling fee will be applied to the total order amount.

DUTIES & TAXES

  • Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations.
  • We are not responsible for customs charges or delays, as policies vary by country.
  • For inquiries about customs duties, please contact your local customs office.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to personal preference. Before purchasing, please:

  • Carefully read the product description.
  • Review all images and measurements.
  • Be aware that colors may appear different depending on your device’s display settings (especially beige and yellow tones).

📌 If you receive the wrong item, you may request a return only if the following conditions are met:
✔ The return tag is still attached.
✔ The item has not been kept for more than 2 days after delivery.
✔ The item has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
✔ All original accessories are included.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All packages require a signature upon delivery.
  • If you request shipping without a signature, the recipient assumes full responsibility for any lost or missing packages.
  • If an item is returned due to failed delivery, the recipient must cover all additional re-shipping fees.
